Home Sweet Home!

The past month has been a crazy yet amazing one! Such progress on the house and endless amounts of good time spent with my family that would just never had happened if we weren't staying there. It was also unbelievably hard and strenuous on our little family. Gwenna was a trooper and loved all the extra attention, but now that we are back home (as of Sunday), we are seeing how much she missed quiet play time and her daddy time! Since we've been home we have been going almost as hard with lots of dry wall dust to be wiped away and clothes to be washed and paired down... But just knowing we don't have to drive away at the end of the day makes the work twice as delightful and satisfying.

We are taking potty training seriously now that we are home and G is taking to it quite well. She is always disappointed come bed time when she has to put a diaper back on. We are far from not needing to pack an extra pair of clothes (or five), but we are all enjoying the process for the most part!
